Val:   The current appeal from Blue Peter is called Send a Smile and is to help children in developing coutnries around the world who have cleft pallets.    They are asking that simple  T-shirts be embellished with fun pictures, so that the  children can wear these as in-hospital gowns.   The T-shirts can be embellished with anything at all, including glitter, so what better than Kim Thittichai's Hot Spots - they are so washable.   More info on the appeal can be found at www.operationsmile.org.uk/bluepeterappeal.
