Val:  Last weekend Jennie and I had a great time participating in the Textiles in Focus event organised by Pauline Verrinder.   This is an annual event held in the Cottenham Village College (close to Cambridge) and very easy to get to.   There were traders and speakers together with workshops and  textile exhibitions.   One of the two exhibitions this year is a group of artists called Fibre Fushion mentored by Pauline and amongst the items on display was a Touch & Feel  table which I thought was such a good idea;  here are some of the items that were displayed:

Make a note for next year - dates to be confirmed but usually February and Jennie will be the keynote speaker on the Saturday afternoon, with lots of workshops over the 3 days too.
