Do you use an iPad or iPhone? Have you installed the latest update in the last few weeks of March? Well iOS 9.3.has a bug in it which has affected not only our website, but many other video websites too.

When you try and watch a video, it may tell you that your privacy settings are stopping you from viewing the video. Apple know about the problem and are working on a fix – you’ll get a new Apple update to your device soon.

If you do experience this difficulty, we recommend that if you have another device eg a computer or other phone / tablet please use this to view our videos until the Apple update comes through. You may also want to try and see if a different browser eg Firefox or Chrome will work on the iPad.
