9 Block Thangles Sampler Quilt by Valerie Nesbitt

This 9-Block patchwork sampler quilt uses just one size of strip throughout - 2 1/2" to create the blocks.   Using the 'Thangles' way of creating perfect half-square patchwork triangle units you can create these from the same strip of fabric as you cut the plain squares.   The piano-keys border also  uses the same size strip, so perfect for all those jellyrolls you've already purchased, or to use up 2 1/2" strips from your stash.

 

Pattern includes sufficient of the special 'Thangles' papers to produce the quilt;  approx finished size 50" square.
