On Friday 1st April we go to Henley-on-Thames for part 3 of Kate Findlay’s Structures exhibition featuring some remarkable contemporary quilts and textile art. Jennie Rayment will also give you some free advice about the dangers of using Frixion pens on fabric – you have been warned….
Then on Friday April 8th, we get the first part of a a wonderful new Sew-in-a-Row series with Jennie -Jennie’s Stripy Stripey Story Quilt – you do not want to miss. It’s in 9 parts and in part one we look the top most strip – Night Sky. And on the same day Valerie gives us a lovely workshop on how to add borders to your beautiful quilts – an oft neglected technique but one that can really finish your quilt to perfection.
