Description

Rosee shows us how to create these yarn-overs. These are usually worked form the knit side of your work. Rosee also show s us how to identify the stitch when we get back to it. AND how to create this extra stitch/hole effect when working from the purl side of your work.

This stitch is a way of increasing the stitch-count. Therefore it is often used in conjunction with a decrease stitch somewhere in the row – that way keeping the stitch count even.

Other names for this stitch can be yarn forward, or yard round needle.
